Great service. Kind, reliable, fast, very helpful and cheap. Laptop was not working and would not turn on. Micheal fixed it and made it brand new again. Very happy. A quick, efficient service at an excellent price.

I had a power issue with my external Hard Drive and was no longer able to access the files on it, including all our treasured family photographs. After investigating, Michael explained in detail what had occurred and worked to recover file access, some of which had been corrupted by the power issue (thankfully not the photos). Nearly all of my files were recovered successfully, with Michael providing a thorough explanation of what had happened, as well as offering some advice and tips.

For this work, the price was extremely reasonable, and well below what other service providers charge.

I felt my issue was handled very professionally from the outset, both from a technical point of view but also, crucially, from a point of view of trust. I would therefore recommend without reservation.

We rented 2 desktops at short notice for heavy data processing (3D modelling for engineering), for a very competitive price. We experienced no problems but when we had a few queries Micheal was very quick to get back to us. All in all, a very positive experience and one I would happily use again if the need arises.

I had a laptop that was completely clogged up, full of rubbish, and unusable. You would press a key and wait for a few seconds for the screen to react. Thanks to Michael for sorting out my phone problem so quickly. My phone died and I had a new upgrade but of course the SIM was incorrect which Michael identified immediately. When I got the new SIM, Michael was able to set up my new phone very quickly and also was able to transfer the data from my old SIM onto the new phone SIM, and all very quickly as needed the phone fast.
